In my current post doc position, I work with agricultural systems, i.e. analysis and modeling of climate and environmental consequences of the specific use of the agricultural land, as well as livestock numbers and the technologies that can be associated with an agricultural system such as pyrolysis, biogas and biorefining. In addition, I have dealt with alternative crops on carbonaceous soils (paludiculture) and yields, quality and leaching from organic crop rotations with clover grass (cattle crop rotation).
I teach in the course Environmental assessment at farm level, where I am responsible for the subject that deals with nitrogen balances at farm level.
I also teach in the course that introduces agriculture to the students, at Agrobiology.
In relation to the authority advisory, I have, among other things, been involved in scientific advisory regarding biochar, the carbon footprint from rapeseed cultivation and, most recently, a task about the climate and environmental consequences of an increased area with leguminous plants/protein crops in Denmark.
