When preparing an abstract, please follow the guidelines given below.
Abstracts should be submitted to Tina.Albertsen@anis.au.dk no later than 23 November 2015.
Please indicate if you wish to present a plenary talk (approx. 30 min) or a short presentation (approx. 10 min).
- The abstract must be written in English and submitted as a Word file
- The font should be Georgia and the size should be 12
- Margins must be: Top/buttom 3 cm, left/right 2,5 cm
- The combined length of the abstract title, excluding authors’ affiliations, should not exceed 3,000 characters (including spaces)
- Only text – not figures, pictures and tables – is accepted in the abstract
- The first name of authors, not just initials, should be provided
- If presenting research results, the abstract must contain a clear statement of the purpose of the work, method, data (means, variation, etc.), and provide information about test statistics (e.g. p-levels). Results should be presented in sufficient detail to support the conclusions
- References should generally be avoided. However, if provided, they should be placed in the text of the abstract in the following short format: (Malmkvist et al., Appl. Anim. Behav. Sci. 142:160, 2012).
